Kamila joined the rTMS Neuromodulation Research Clinic as a research assistant in 2025. Before joining the team, she completed her Honour’s Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Ottawa.

As an rTMS Technician and Research Assistant, Kamila administers rTMS treatments, calibrates equipment, supports EEG recording sessions, assists with clinical assessments, and oversees participant care within treatment-resistant depression protocols.

She has worked across multiple research labs at the University of Ottawa, where she supported and coordinated an experimental psychology project, and contributed to published research. Kamila’s work spans both clinical and research settings, integrating brain-based interventions, cultural mental health, and the scientific study of emotion regulation.
